Jim A. Miller

Jim Miller began working for Kickerillo Companies as a construction assistant during the summer of 1966. Graduating from high school, he spent the next few years advancing his education at Southwest Texas State University and Texas A&M while continuing to work for the company. Jim was promoted to Construction Superintendent in 1971. He quickly moved up the corporate ladder becoming Vice-President in 1973, Executive Vice-President in 1977, and then President in 1986. Presently, he is President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Jim has served on several bank Boards of Directors, including United Bank Houston, and Community Bank. He has also been involved with Teens and Friends, an organization working with handicapped children. Jim and his wife Jean have two daughters, Erika and Alana.
Tom H. McQuilling

Thomas H. McQuilling graduated from Louisiana Tech with a BA in accounting. A CPA since 1974, Tom has worked for Mr. Kickerillo for over 19 years. Tom is a member of the AICPA and an active member of St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church. He and his wife Karen Porter McQuilling have been married for over 30 years and have 3 children, Laura, Jill and Stephen.
Steve Richey

Steve Richey was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He owned a residential building company until 1980, when he made the move to Texas. After settling in Houston, Steve worked for 7 years in commercial building. In 1987 he began working for Kickerillo Companies, first as a builder, then in 1990 as a project manager. He became an estimator in 1999, a Vice President in 2002, and finally Senior Vice President in 2005. Steve and his wife Deb have been married since 1969, and have one son and two grandchildren.
Darren Fountain

Darren Fountain joined Kickerillo Companies as as Estimator and Purchasing Officer bringing more than 15 years of experience in new home construction. Before joining Kickerillo Companies he held positions as a Project Manager, Regional Construction Manager and Director of Construction for one of the largest publicly held homebuilding companies in the United States. In 2011 Darren was appointed the Operations Manager for Kickerillo Companies, directing activities for estimating, purchasing, construction and warranty service. He is also an active member of the Architect Control Committee within the community he lives in. Darren and his wife Carol live in Montgomery and have three children sons Jason, Blake and daughter Taylor.
