Rich Maynard was born and raised in Marble Falls, Texas. A graduate of Southwest Texas State University, Rich began his career as a builder in 1999. Rich has been a builder with Kickerillo Companies since 2005.

Lonnie Spencer was born in Colorado Springs and has been a Houston-area resident for over twenty years. He is a Graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, and began his career in construction management in 2001. He joined the Kickerillo Companies builder team in 2011.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Mark has enjoyed living in Texas for over forty years. He is graduate from Sam Houston State University and a second generation Graduate Master Builder. Mark has been building custom homes for over thirty years, and enjoys time with his family, skiing, scuba diving and motor sports. He joined Kickerillo Companies in 2011.
